Partners
We are open to the opportunity to discuss. Here is where we stand before you write.
Courtsbook is built by Capitol City Data, LLC in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We are a small company, the product is young, and we would rather have a short honest conversation than a long speculative one.
Our stance
We are open to discussing a partnership. If you run racquet or paddle facilities, sell into them, govern the sport, or build something a club already uses, we would like to hear what you have in mind. That is a genuine invitation rather than a formality.
What we do not have is a partner programme. There are no tiers, no badges, no directory to be listed in and no revenue share waiting to be signed. Anything we do together would be worked out between us, in writing, and it would start with a call.
What we are most interested in
Clubs and facility groups — anybody running leagues, ladders or courts who wants to see whether this fits. This is the one that needs no partnership at all; it needs a conversation and a season.
Governing bodies and rating systems. Showing a player’s own rating beside the games they play here would make the product meaningfully better, and it is the integration we would most like to have.
People who already serve racquet clubs — court booking, pro-shop systems, coaching tools, club management. If a club uses you and us, the members should not have to type anything twice.
Three things that are already settled
Saying these plainly is faster than discovering them on a call.
Courtsbook is for racquet and paddle sports. Tennis, pickleball, racquetball, padel and squash. We are not expanding into other rec-league sports under this name, however well the software would fit — the product and the brand are built for racquet clubs, and that is deliberate.
Results here stay here. We are glad to read a player’s official rating and show it as context. We do not write back to anybody’s rating system, and nothing played on Courtsbook affects a national rating. We will not imply otherwise.
Sponsorship belongs to the club. A club sells its own sponsor cards to its own members, and every member of that club sees the same ones. There is no ad network, no targeting, and nothing about a member is ever sold or passed to a sponsor. We are not looking for an advertising partner, and that is not a price negotiation.
How to start
Write to hello@courtsbook.com with who you are, what you have in mind, and roughly what it would look like if it worked. A person reads it and a person answers.
If you are a club wanting to try Courtsbook rather than partner with us, that is the same address and an easier conversation.
