Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Capitol City Data, LLC, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, covering the Courtsbook app and courtsbook.com. Using Courtsbook means you accept them. Last updated 2 August 2026.

Who can use it

Courtsbook is closed. You get an account because your club invited you, or because you applied to a league and a commissioner approved you. You must be 13 or older, the account is yours alone, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

What your club runs

Your club’s commissioner, captains and pro run your league — the rules, the schedule, the rosters, the points and who is on which team are theirs, not ours. We provide the software. Disagreements about how your league is run belong with your commissioner.

How to behave

The Clubhouse is a private space for people who play together. Do not use Courtsbook to post or send anything that is:

• abusive, threatening, or harassing
• hateful toward a person or a group
• sexually explicit, or violent
• someone else’s private information
• spam, a scam, or an advertisement
• unlawful, or a breach of someone’s rights

Do not impersonate anyone, do not try to break or probe the service, and do not use it to collect other members’ information.

Reporting and blocking

Every message can be reported, and we review reports within 24 hours. You can block another member at any time: you will not see their messages and they cannot start a conversation with you. Blocking is personal — it does not remove anyone from your club or your team, which is your commissioner’s decision, not the app’s.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will do so without warning where somebody’s safety is involved.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the people in your club it was meant for — nothing more. We do not use it to advertise and we do not sell it.

Your club’s record

Match results, standings and season history belong to the club as a shared record. If you delete your account we remove you, but the league’s completed results stay: taking one player out would rewrite everyone else’s season.

Subscriptions

Courtsbook is licensed per club. A club’s subscription is bought and managed on courtsbook.com by that club’s billing contact, and it covers every league at that venue. Individual members are never charged.

Text messages

If you turn on text reminders, Courtsbook texts you before your league’s deadline and you reply to say whether you are playing. You opt in yourself — by texting START from your own phone, by signing a form your captain presents, or from a personal link — and it is never a condition of joining a league or using Courtsbook. Up to 4 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; stopping the texts does not affect your place in your league.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full programme terms are on our text messages page.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Availability, and what we do not promise

We work to keep Courtsbook running, but it is provided as-is: we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, Capitol City Data, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes with them, and we will tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use Courtsbook means accepting the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
